The Urban Institute of Real Estate and Construction will conduct Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar and Review or CRESAR sessions in Makati City (includes PM sessions), for those of you who are preparing for the PRC’s real estate brokers’ licensure examinations of March 2011.

Here are the CRESAR Makati City AM and PM schedules of Urban Institute for the months of January and February 2011…

2011 is a special year for us because of the upcoming Real Estate Broker’s board examination to be administered by PRC and we are proud to be one of the accredited organizations to hold the review for the said exam that is scheduled to be held on March 27, 2011.

Days: Every Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Dates: January 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17. 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, 31
February 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28
Time: 8:30 AM to 11:30, lunch break then resume 12:30 to 2:30 PM

Venue: Security Case Room

Time: 3:30 PM to 6:30, lunch break then resume 7:30 to 9:30 PM

We have to hand it to the Urban Institute team… Look at the schedule of their lecturers/speakers. That’s a grueling 8:30am to 9:30pm sked every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

A blessed day! Is there any other available schedule of CRESAR,as a preparation for March 27,2011 Brokers Licensure Exam as there is no more available slot for this month of February 2011.Thanks for your concern to us and to your immediate response.More power to your program !!!

can’t seem to pull up the application or permit to take the R E Brokers
exam March 2011.

How do I go about getting the permit and is it ok to take the
review classes without the application filed yet?

[From the Admin] Yes, it is all right to enroll in a face-to-face Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar and Review (CRESAR) even if you haven’t filled up the Examination Permit Application of the PRC.

Before signing up with a CRESAR service provider, please ask them if they will help you secure the Exam Permit.
