People are asking when the real estate online review will start, so here it is: July 21, 2010.

Now here is additional info about the status of the online review materials…

The main reading materials (in PDF format) are ready for download. Some of the mindmaps have also been prepared, and these will help you remember the material better, because of the audio-visual approach to teaching.

Yes, there’s still time to avail of the Early Bird Promo, and you can get details online about the Real Estate Exam Online Review Classes.

Again, to emphasize: Although there has been some talk about the Real Estate Brokers’ Licensure Examinations pushing through on December 5 and December 6, 2010 we have not yet read any formal announcement from the PRC.

Just the same, if you do intend to take the real estate brokers’ exam in the future, wouldn’t it be a good idea if you use the internet to save time and money while effectively learning the review material? It is effective because not only will you see the words, you will even get to hear audio (in some of the modules).

To clarify, the Online Review material is based on real estate brokers’ topics taken in previous DTI exams conducted prior to 31 July 2009 (or before the passage of the RESA Law). And other people do see the value in that, and are availing of the Early Bird Promo before July 14, 2010.

For those who prefer to wait for 21 July 2010, there might still be a few available slots.
