Among the services they offer are a Continuing Education Program (CEP / CPE), and an Appraisal Seminar and Review (Comprehensive Real Estate Appraisal Seminar and Review, or CREASAR).

For those who have been asking about an online review for real estate appraisers – we don’t have such a module here in RealEstateSeminaAndReview.com

(And we don’t foresee the creation of such a RESAR online review module in the near- or mid-term.)

   if u not comply with the deadline july 30 for registration, do i have to review again and take exam

   [From the Admin] Yes, you will need to take the exam again.

   What’s not clear, though, is if the PRC will treat your DTI Real Estate Broker’s License as the equivalent of earning 120 units in real estate subjects.

   WHEN IS THE APPRAISER BOARD EXAM

   [From the Admin] Based on the PRC’s 2011 Schedule of Exams, the RE Appraisers’ Exam is scheduled on Sunday, 29 May 2011.

   However, we’ve been receiving unverified reports that the exam will be moved to July 2011.

   The last time we looked at the PRC website, the schedule is still set for May 29.

   Hello!

   I would like to ask if in taking the Real Estate Appraiser or Consultants you have to be atleast 18yrs old and is it a must to have a college degree? A follow up question also is a RE Appraiser and Consultant the same or are they two different fields?

   [From the Admin] Based on the RESA Law IRR (RA 9646), you need to be a holder of a college degree. Appraisers and Consultants are two different levels. Thanks!

   May I ask if there is a different licensure examination will be given to real estate appraisers by the PRC?
