Here’s how you can get info about a CRESAR that will be held in Davao City in November 2011..

We heard that the Davao City Association of Real Estate Practitioners, Inc. (DACAREPI) will hold a review seminar for aspiring real estate brokers starting November 5, 2011.

This schedule is tentative, because they are still in the process of finding out how many people are interested in joining.

Question: Is this CRESAR review service provider accredited by the PRC?

We don’t know. It would be best if you get in touch with DACAREPI.

Please note that we haven’t seen any official PRC List of Accredited REB Exam Review Service Providers.

We have info, however, of people whose Certificates of Attendance issued by review service providers were accepted by the PRC during the application for the Examination Permit.

   details: ( from what i had paid during the last november seminar)

   review fee: P 15,000.00
   review period: 8 saturdays and sundays ( 16 days)
   requirements: 2×2 photo and 1 identification card(xerox)

   payment scheme: as far as i have observed last year, there were those who paid as low as 5,000 pesos as downpayment and the rest of the fee (10,000.00) were made on staggard basis. for those who can pay 10,000 pesos as downpayment, a manual (600 page book) will be given immediately.

   venue: davao city…. i dont know if it will be in atu plaza (venue for last year’s seminar or in dacarepi office at ponciano st., davao city. please ask mam pajes for further details

   based on last year’s seminar: free lunch but no free merienda.

   according to mam pajes, slots are still available . however, for those unattended lectures, you should make up for the said lost time after the regular sessions shall have ended (meaning after dec 18, 2011, magmake up class kayo sa january 2012)

   For those who are asking of a review on REB up here in the north, the National Real Estate Association (NREA) will be conducting a comprehensive review:

   Baguio — starting on December 3 — every saturday and sunday (15 sessions) for 15,000 …

   San Fernando La Union — starting on November 26 (sat & sun) — 15sessions for 15k

   Good Day.
   Is CRESAR applicable for Real Estate Brokers’ Licensure Exams only or is it also applicable for and Real Estate Appraisers’ Licensure Exam?

   I’m wondering if the review materials I’ll be going to purchase here will be applicable for Appraisers’ exam too.

   Lastly, kindly send to me the details for this seminar also.
