Evening Real Estate CRESAR Sessions in Makati?

A Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar and Review or CRESAR service provider is checking if there are enough aspiring real estate brokers interested in attending evening CRESAR review classes in Makati (from 5:45 pm to 10:15 pm).

Here are additional details…

The proposed CRESAR evening schedule covers Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

(Starting January 11 up to March 2, 2011)

Venue: Venue: AIM Conference Center Manila Benavidez corner Trasirra Streets,Legaspi Village, Makati Cty

Assuming a 1-hour meal break, that’s a total of 16 hours of CRESAR each week. To reach the 120 units of real estate subjects required by the RESA Law IRR for those who want to take the March 27, 2011 Real Estate Brokers’ Licensure Examinations of the PRC, you’ll need 7.5 weeks.

In other words, budget around 8 weeks (or 2 months) for an evening CRESAR class in Makati.

    As soon as we get a copy of the PRC showing that they will extend (and honor or recognize) the DTI-accreditation of past CRESAR review service providers, we will post it online.
