Is PAREB-PASIG accredited by the PRC to handle the CRESAR?
We heard that PAREB-PASIG allegedly has a letter from the PRC authorizing them to conduct a CRESAR, but we haven’t seen that document.
You might wish to ask to see a copy of such an authorization letter.
Good luck and may you get a high score in the Real Estate Brokers’ Licensure Exams of 2011! 🙂
A blessful day! just want to know if the CRESAR Certificate of aspiring brokers who attended last November 2001,issued by REBAP-PASIG CHAPTER ,held at ADB Cor,J.Vargas Ave,Ortigas,Pasig CIty, conducted by Mr Cesar Santos and Atty Ernesto Villagarcia will be validated by the PRC as the attendees had taken it for two months whole day on saturdays and the 120 units lessons that they posted online for the benefits of those who want to attend the CRESAR face to face for the month of January and February 2011 had been tackled there everything.I will be very greetful if you can answer this question for the benefit of those who were not able to catch up with the January and February 2011 CRESAR but willing to take the March 27,2011 Brokers Licensure Exam. Thanks so much for your non stop concern to us.May your program be blessed a hundredfold.
Dear Real Estate Practitioners,
Please follow this link: http://referral.philippinerealestateforum.com/agent/downloads/CRESR_ACCREDITATION.pdf for the Certificate of Accreditation from DTI to conduct CRESR and the letter received by PRC authorizing PAREB-Pasig Realtors Board to handle CRESR.
Good luck!
Just wanted to point out that page 1 of your PDF file is the DTI Certificate of Accreditation (2009), while page 2 is a scanned copy of a letter from Mr. Emanuel C. Florendo (President and Chair, PRB Cresar Committee) of the PAREB Pasig Realtors Board, addressed to the PRC’s Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRB-RES), which requests accreditation from the PRC.
We also saw that the Dec 21, 2010 letter was received by a certain Avel Palacio (0917-881 9138) on Dec 22, 2010.
May we know when PRC’s PRB-RES will make an announcement regarding their approval of your accreditation request? Thanks!
