   I would like to take the Exam for License Broker, please send me details regarding requirements. I took the Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar & Review last April 2000, I would like to know if my certificate is still valid to date? and If i have to it again? How much will it costs? Thanks.

   [From the Admin] Here are the PRC Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination Requirements.

   In the past, CRESAR sessions and the corresponding Certificate of Completion were good for two succeeding real estate brokers’ exams conducted by the DTI. In other words, your CRESAR Certificate was good for one year, because the DTI used to hold two exams each year (May and October).

   If the PRC will follow the pattern of the DTI, those CRESAR sessions will probably be deemed expired.

   How much will the CRESAR cost? Accredited review service providers don’t want to make any estimates, because they’re still awaiting additional guidelines from the PRC regarding the “120 credit units” of real estate brokerage training.

    Sales person? As in property specialist? You don’t need to take an exam, if you will be working under a licensed real estate broker.
